Refund policy
We accept returns and provide refunds only for items that are damaged upon delivery or defective in their functionality.
If you receive an item in such condition, please contact our customer support team at support@biio.shop within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number, product details, a description of the damage or defect, and clear photos documenting the issue.
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and, if approved, provide you with shipping instructions. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns based on buyer's remorse, incorrect size/fit, items damaged after delivery, orders cancelled after shipping, or purchases made more than 30 days ago. We do not offer direct exchanges; if you wish to receive the same product, you will need to return the damaged/defective item and place a new order for the replacement.
